El Galeón

'El Galeon' is a replica of a 17th-century Spanish galleon. For more than three centuries (16th-18th centuries), galleons were the ships that played the leading role in the trade and cultural routes to the East Indies, Sumatra and Indonesia. These routes were the longest and lasted longer than any other in the history of shipping.

'El Galeon' was built in Spain in 2009-2010. The ship is also often used as a film set.
