International recognition for Ostend at Anchor

During the annual congress of the Tall Ships races in Dunkirk, Ostend for Anchor was finally recognized internationally. Moreover, it was a nice reunion for our curator Hubert Rubbens with numerous Captains, shipowners and the staff of the Tall Ships races Antwerp. Agreements were forged for the next races, but especially for the arrival of the fleet to Dunkirk from July 10 to 13, 2025.

Moreover, Dunkirk has become a vibrant city with numerous new initiatives and especially the development of old port areas into nice residential zones, topped with modern art.

Of course, we must not forget the 1940 evacuation of Dunkirk, Operation Dynamo. "We remember them" !
