No Ostend at Anchor without red trousers

They are just under 70, the red trousers are the volunteers and employees who help realize Ostend at Anchor.

For some, it will be an active, long weekend where they can show off their skills coupled with a unique form of collaboration. For others, the festival becomes the pinnacle of a year of preparation and planning.

To put it in the words of curator Hubert Rubbens: "Without the enthusiasm and commitment of the volunteers, the ships would not come. And without ships there would be nothing left to organize for."
